University of Uyo, Nigeria (2012 – Present)
Senior Faculty – Department of Forestry and Wildlife (Wood Science Unit)
At the University of Uyo, he taught and conduct research in wood processing, timber quality control, forest operations, and sustainable forestry management. His responsibilities include:
- Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in wood science and forestry.
- Supervising student research projects and theses in wood properties, pulping technology, and environmental forestry.
- Conducting research on sustainable wood processing, timber harvesting, and agroforestry.
- Serving as a member of the Departmental Practical Manuals Committee to enhance wood science education.
The Apostolic Church Theological Seminary (TACTS), Nigeria (2009 – 2021)
Rector & Lecturer
As the Rector of The Apostolic Church Theological Seminary, He was responsible for:
- Overseeing academic programs affiliated with the University of Uyo.
- Teaching courses in Systematic Theology, Church Administration, and Environmental Theology.

Led the installation and operation of paper recycling plants. Key responsibilities included:
- Supervising the installation of paper-making machines in collaboration with Chinese engineers.
- Managing pulp and paper production processes to ensure quality control and environmental compliance.
- Implementing ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001 standards in wood, pulp, and paper production.
Star Paper Mill Limited, Aba, Nigeria (2003 – 2010)
Assistant General Manager | Production Manager | Quality Control Manager
Played a critical role in paper manufacturing, plant operations, and quality management. Key responsibilities included:
- Overseeing pulp and paper production from recycling to finished products.
- Ensuring compliance with national and international environmental regulations.
- Supervising technical teams in machine installation, maintenance, and product development.
- Training personnel in paper processing, ISO standards, and safety management.
Bel-Papyrus Limited, Lagos, Nigeria (1999 – 2003)
Production Manager – Paper Recycling/Conversion
- Managed the operation of pulp and paper manufacturing processes.
- Ensured paper production met customer specifications.
- Supervised schedule maintenance and efficiency improvements in the plant.
Test run of a 15mtpd tissue recycling plant, Uruan, Akwa Ibom State.
